The Real View’s software processes the extensive documents associated with condo purchases and delivers a detailed 165-point inspection report. This report covers all critical aspects of a building, including its physical condition, financial health, and governance structure. By providing a thorough and concise summary, The Real View ensures that clients have all the necessary information to make confident decisions when making one of the most significant purchases of their lives.

The best advice that Andrew Armstrong (CEO and Co-Founder) and Chris Lupul (CTO and Co-Founder) received is to recognize that passion doesn’t always equate to business acumen. Moreover, they were advised to not be so focused on where you want to take the business, that you don’t notice where the business is taking you. This wisdom will shape their approach in the New Ventures BC competition, where they plan to leverage the opportunity to access mentorship and remain open to new directions that the business may naturally evolve towards.

As pioneers in their market, The Real View is keenly aware of the necessity of spreading awareness about their product. Participating in the NVBC competition provides an invaluable platform to gain feedback and mentorship from potential investors and industry experts. This opportunity is crucial for them to strategically build the company, ensuring it meets market needs and scales effectively. 


Demonstrating the Demand

In January 2024, The Real View brought its Minimum Viable Product to market. The response was immediate and positive; within days, the company signed its first independent customer. Additionally, the AI startup engaged a brokerage that committed to integrating the software into its internal workflow, utilizing it for every condo transaction in their office going forward. This initial success demonstrated the market demand for The Real View’s solution.

Earlier this month, the company secured a partnership with a national real estate franchise to generate widespread awareness of their product. By collaborating with a prominent franchise, The Real View hopes to expand its reach, introduce its cutting-edge technology to a broader audience, and further establish itself as a key player in the real estate market.
