Recycling Revolution

Founded by three brothers—Farizul, Tanvir, and Nazmul — Recyclorobo.ai aims to revolutionize the recycling industry by addressing the inefficiencies and environmental impact of traditional recycling processes. Leveraging Farizul’s global project expertise, Tanvir’s business acumen, and Nazmul’s MacGyver-like abilities, Recyclorobo.ai provides AI-driven solutions that streamline the sorting, counting, and densification of beverage containers. This automated approach significantly reduces time, effort, and greenhouse gas emissions, keeping millions of containers out of landfills and supporting a more sustainable, eco-friendly future.

Recyclorobo.ai’s flagship product is their AI-powered recycling system, which can recognize and sort drink containers with 99% accuracy, reducing storage space and CO2 emissions by over 90%. For local communities, their Smart Bins make recycling simple and rewarding through the Eazy Pick Up app, which offers cash back for recycling. Additionally, their secure Distributed Data Center protects recycling data and aids in making smarter, faster business decisions. Whether it’s for large recycling centres or individual users, Recyclorobo.ai’s solutions make recycling easy, efficient, and more effective.

Efficiency, Expansion, and the Environment

Despite only being founded earlier this year, Recyclorobo.ai already operates two recycling facilities that process over 25 million containers annually. Their AI system boasts a 100% category recognition and 80% brand recognition accuracy rate (as of now) in identifying, counting, and sorting beverage containers, transforming the traditional 15-minute manual sorting process into a swift 30-second task. This major leap in efficiency has made recycling more appealing and accessible, all while saving water, electricity, and CO2 emissions and preventing containers from reaching landfills. RecycloRobo.ai has reduced facility footprints by 56%, cutting costs and creating new revenue opportunities. With strong interest from 41 recycling facilities, this startup is primed for major market penetration.

In the short term, the AI startup’s focus is on expanding within British Columbia, bringing their tech to more facilities and thousands of households across the Lower Mainland. This includes launching their first AI-powered Smart Bin Pilot Projects with Crown corporations at eighty urban locations around Vancouver by 2025. Over the next few years, Recyclorobo.ai will roll out their expansion plan, which starts in Alberta, Nova Scotia and the rest of Canada,  before expanding across North America by 2027, and then going global where they plan to target markets in Asia and Middle East.

Rising to the Challenge

Recyclorobo.ai entered the 2024 NVBC Competition to showcase their groundbreaking solutions, gain valuable feedback, and connect with investors and industry experts who share their vision for a sustainable future. The competition offers a unique platform to highlight their technological advancements, environmental impact, and market potential. Winning would validate their efforts, providing the recognition needed to accelerate growth, attract investment, and scale operations both locally and globally.

Their competition strategy is like a Phoenix, rising from challenges with renewed strength and vigour. When obstacles arise, they don’t falter; they adapt, innovate, and come back stronger. This relentless pursuit of excellence and the ability to turn setbacks into opportunities define who they are. Just as the Phoenix symbolizes rebirth and renewal, Recyclorobo.ai continually evolves, keeping their solutions at the forefront of the recycling industry and upholding the banner of innovation. The bond of three brothers working together, combining their strengths to overcome any challenge, empowers them to lead the charge toward a more sustainable future.
