LetHub is an artificial intelligence leasing communication platform for rental property managers. Powerd by River, an AI leasing assistant, it automates the grueling process of finding prospective renters and communicating with them without hiring any new staff. With LetHub, renters can get their questions answered and find a place 10 times faster without having to wait for a leasing agent to respond.
Growing Fast
Having just launched in March this year, LetHub has already signed up major property management companies in the US and Canada organically. They were also showcased in major PropTech publications and are growing 30% monthly.
Persistence is Key
Despite the fast growth, educating the market that an AI solution can actually solve problems and make companies more profitable and efficient has been a challenge for LetHub. While starting a company is challenging, it requires flexibility and persistence, building something from scratch is almost always better than sitting in a cubicle and hating your life, according to LetHub’s founder.
A Learning Opportunity
LetHub is excited to showcase their startup with the help of the New Ventures BC Competition, presented by Innovate BC. They are also looking forward to receiving candid feedback from startup veterans and mentors on their business plan. They know this process is a great learning opportunity for startups and are honoured to be a part of such an amazing experience.
Five Year Outlook
With a vision to be the best AI communications platform in the real estate space, LetHub is challenging the status quo. In five years, they hope to make house hunting as easy as calling an uber.

Faizan Ali Khan | Founder and CEO
Faizan has 9 years of startup experience with two successful exits in the SEO and Construction space. He loves solving challenging problems from a UX perspective. Coming from a FinTech background, he has a BSc degree Finance from York, UK and an MBA from UVic.
