Gamifying loyalty
eTrove’s modern apps use points to generate loyalty, which makes referrals both fun and rewarding. Businesses can run campaigns and set point values for different activities—enticing customers to stay engaged.
For example, if a chiropractic patient makes a referral, the app might trigger three activities. First, the customer is given points. Second, eTrove sends the referred patient a link to download the app and book the appointment. Third, it sends a note to the practice to follow up with the prospect. The app also integrates with existing software—so the bookings are in sync.
Focus on healthcare first
Currently, 90% of new business in the allied healthcare industry comes from referrals, yet there is currently no technology that tracks or effectively rewards patients for that behaviour.
Healthcare practices initially approached the software team to ask for their own apps. Rather than recreate the app every time, they recognized an opportunity to create eTrove as SaaS with a reusable platform. Their 3500 users are currently seeing between 500 and 1000 percent return on investment.
