VeriClock is an employee time tracking system.
In 2009, while working on a commercial project for Rogers Arena, co-creator Quentin Miller first drummed up the idea after getting extremely behind on timesheets.
Partnering with another veteran technology entrepreneur, Bryce Pasechnik, they designed a convenient service that allows employees to clock in and out using a number of devices like the touch tones on phones, SMS, web browsers or an app.
The data is verified by features like geolocation and IP address. Business owners and project managers can then easily generate payroll, job costing and custom reports from the data or export to integrated mainstream accounting programs.
VeriClock caters to both the mobile and fixed work forces, with over 3000 users in the painting, cleaning, construction, and home care sectors.
